Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EcoDev (ecodev.app), a product of Cre.dev ("EcoDev", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

EcoDev provides AI-assisted underwriting, concept generation, vendor sourcing, and reporting tools for sustainable land development. The service is provided on an as-is basis and is intended for professional users.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or scrape the service; (b) use the service to violate any law or third-party right; (c) upload malicious content; (d) resell the service without our written consent.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

EcoDev surfaces AI-generated estimates, concepts, vendor recommendations, financial models and incentive eligibility analysis. These are decision-support outputs, not professional advice. You are responsible for independent verification, including engineering, legal, tax, environmental, and financial review before relying on any output for a real-world decision or transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the service, including software, models, designs, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate and improve the service.

7. Confidentiality

We will not disclose your project data to third parties except as needed to operate the service or as required by law.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
