EcoDev ("EcoDev", "we", "us"), a product of Cre.dev, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use ecodev.app and our related services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, organization, and authentication data.
• Project data: parcel URLs, vendor selections, financial assumptions, and concepts you generate.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and diagnostic logs.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe; we never see full card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

To operate the service, generate AI-assisted concepts and pro-formas, process subscriptions, provide support, improve product quality, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data with infrastructure providers (Supabase, Cloudflare), AI providers (Google, OpenAI via the Lovable AI Gateway), and Stripe for payments. We do not sell your data.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and project data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and operational needs. You can request deletion at any time.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security review. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact contact@cre.dev to exercise them.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser.

8. Children

EcoDev is not directed to children under 16.
